Find your focus, one calm session at a time

Work in gentle, timed sessions with real breaks in between — no rush, no guilt.

Why it helps
Focus, then rest
Each session pairs a focus block with a break, so you work in a steady rhythm instead of pushing until you're drained.
Tied to your work
Link a session to a task and it counts toward that task's focus time and completed pomodoros automatically.
Your own pace
Set your focus, short-break and long-break lengths in Settings — the defaults are 45, 5 and 15 minutes, but they're yours to change.
A distraction-free screen
Open full-screen focus mode for just the timer and a soft glow, and press ESC whenever you want to step back out.
How to use it well
1
Pick a task first
Choose a task before you start so the session's time and pomodoros land on the right work — or start with no task for free focus.
2
Set an intention
Jot a quick note when you begin; your last completion note shows up too, so you always know where you left off.
3
Take the break
When the focus block ends, pick a short or long break — the rest is part of the rhythm, not a reward you have to earn.
4
Let it add up
Keep going day to day to build a streak and reach gentle milestones, while every session quietly feeds your analytics.
