Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Restivity plans (Pro, Team, and the Lifetime purchase) at restivity.ai. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, who also issues your tax-compliant invoice.
2. Free trial
Pro and Team include a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from Settings → Billing and you will not be charged.
3. Subscription cancellation
- You can cancel a Pro or Team subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or the billing portal.
- After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it then reverts to the Free plan.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law (see Section 6).
4. Lifetime purchase
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days the Lifetime purchase is non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@restivity.ai with the email address on your account and your order or invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; where you request immediate access to a paid feature and acknowledge the loss of that withdrawal right, it may not apply to that purchase.
